What will happen when I call?
 First, we will schedule your appointment. During your initial session, we will customize a treatment plan for you based on your individual needs and concerns.
Fees and payments:
We are dedicated to helping you and will be happy to discuss financial arrangements or payment plans that will fit your needs. We do accept most major credit cards.
Client Registration Form
To help us expedite the registration process for you, please print and fill out the Client Registration Form and bring it with you upon your visit to the office. You may also fax the completed form to 504-885-8595.
Attn: Client Registration : Please complete the questionnaire to the best of your ability. If you are not sure how to answer a question, leave it blank and a staff member or the counselor will address the question with you.
